How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping as Boricua Unlimited grows.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note that our jewelry is handcrafted from natural coconut shell, so variations in color, grain and texture are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
